Dear Michael and Tanner, it is near 2 a.m. and am sitting here thinking about you all being at the hospital tonight. Michael & Tanner, Thank you so much for sharing your incredible story with us through this site. It has been inspiring to me to read about your journey and to see how your faith and trust in God never seemed to waiver during such a difficult time. We also are here in Charlotte, and have a son with HLHS. His name is Elijah and he's currently 8 1/2 months old and doing very well after recovering from 2 of his heart surgeries. We are so humbled and blessed to have the opportunity to raise a child with such a special heart. Your family is a blessing and we pray that all goes well with baby number three this summer.
